Shipments and delivery time

The shipment of the products is carried out through courier companies and the delivery time for Greece is 1 – 3 working days outside areas characterized as inaccessible by the transport company.
The shipping cost is calculated based on weight, while for purchases of a total amount of €40 or more, there is no shipping charge (except for the cash on delivery option)

For abroad, shipping is via ELTA, indicatively the cost for a registered parcel is €13.00 up to 1kg for countries within the EU. It is recommended to contact us before ordering for the most immediate information.

Cancellation of an order before delivery of the product

The buyer has the right to cancel his order before the product is shipped. To cancel the order, the buyer must contact the company at the email address and phone numbers listed on our website. If the product shipping process has started and the product is on its way or has been delivered to the buyer, then the cancellation is considered a return and the following conditions apply.

Product Returns

I. The buyer has the right to return for any reason the product he bought and delivered to him within 14 days from the date of receipt. A necessary condition for the validity of the withdrawal is that the product has not been used and that it is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction carried out.

At the same time, to facilitate the process, it is recommended to contact the company.

The cost of return shall be borne solely by the withdrawing buyer.
